The purpose of this group is to get people together to get exercise. People who would like to begin exercising or continue exercising should join. This is a great group for people who want to get outdoors walking and hiking with others. We leisurely walk and hike year round at a Forest Preserve. We hike from 1 to 5 miles. Occasionally, we hike 5 to 10 miles. CHILDREN: Children are welcome on hikes. DOGS: Dogs are welcome on hikes, as long as the forest preserve allows them.
