This is a group solely for hikers or walkers who use trekking poles to move out on the trail. Hikes can consist of local trails or  a 1-2 hr drives away from the Denver area. There will be shorter hikes in the 1-2hr  range and several that will be 6hr plus.  This group is for like minded individuals who want to go out in nature and get a good cardio workout.  This group is not designed for people who are wanting to go on casual treks through the forest or trail and smell the pine trees.   You ma …

This group is for women looking for deep friendships who are not afraid to talk about the important topics of the day, and want to learn new things. Everything from peak oil to living without religion in a relaxed friendly atmosphere while having coffee or sharing a meal, or going for a walk.

This group is for Colorado dogs and their well-behaved owners who want to hike together in the mountains and foothills. Day hike adventures for our small groups will generally range from 5-10 miles round trip and will primarily be within a 2 hour drive (or less) from the Denver metro area. Here’s a meetup group for women who want to get into shape, enjoy the outdoors, and socialize.  Our walks/hikes are typically on trails in and around Boulder.  The trails vary – some are almost flat for those of us with knee/ankle injuries or other recovering body parts, others are more difficult and may not be suitable for those with joint issues, etc.  So please be sure to check the location & difficulty level on each meetup.  Feel free to walk as far or as fast as you like, and don't worry ab …
