For the get togethers we look forward to starting the day early with both a discussion about the month's book and a walk.  The discussion may be at a cafe or park immediately before or after the walk. This meeting is once a month for an early weekend morning walk around, for example, Spring Lake, in Santa Rosa.

The goal of this group is to get as many people in the Contra Costa County to leave the couch, get out and hike, bike, walk the beautiful trails that we have around us; hopefully meeting once or twice a month.
